As part of the Accounting responsibilities, the department is entrusted with overseeing to the smooth running of the Credit Control function, the operation of which is performed by the respective brokers within the specific departments. In conjunction with the collection of debts, the department is also responsible for the processing of payments to suppliers, both Insurance related and non.
Besides the operational duties, the department must ensure that adequate controls exist at all times, to secure the prompt and accurate processing of transactions. The department performs all of the backoffice work, as well as the preparation of the management accounts and other necessary related reports required to comply with our local legislation.
The second core function of the department is that of carrying out the Administrative duties necessary for the smooth day to day running of the organization, seeing to the needs of the firm, its employees and to the upkeep of the premises within which our offices are situated.
